The purpose of the series aims to show how to track your money, avoid impulse spending, and build a budget that works for you. Learn credit, budgeting and banking this summer with the Neighbor Project, Aurora FEC & Heartland Bank at the Aurora Public Library, Santori Branch at 101 S. River street. Participants who attend all three sessions and receive a Money Smarts Certificate of Completion!
